Concluding Mass at NamugongoThe Little Sisters of Mary Immaculate earnestly prayed the Novena for one year as communicated by our Archbishop John Baptist Odama.

Our Chaplains: Fr. Matthew Okun Lagoro in Mother House Covent, Fr. John Peter Olum in Rosa Mystic LSMIG Rest Home and Fr. Matthew Ojara in LSMIG Novitiate led us into it faithfully with the celebration of the Eucharist.

On the occasion of the 50th Anniversary closing day with over 400 Bishops from Africa and Madagascar here in Uganda Martyrs Namugongo and we could not but be present in the Closing Eucharist. The Superior General with several Sisters were present representing the entire Institute.

The theme: "Church - Family of God in Africa, Celebrate your Jubilee! Proclaim Jesus Christ your Savior". We feel solid and happy for our families who brought us baptising us in the Catholic Church. Moreso to God calling us to Consecrated ourselves to him.

LSMIG representatives at SECAM MassThe occasion was attended by lots and lots of of children and youths from all the schools around Namugongo. It is a reminder for relive of our Charism; to Care for the Children the most vulnerable. Jesus says: "Let the Children Come To Me. It is to them that the Kingdom of God belongs"

The children have seen the Fathers of the Church of Jesus today. What a joy for us in Uganda!
